Last week we showed you an incredibly sound idea, involving the reworking of old skateboard decks into custom eyewear. Well, now the premier council for annual design, The Index Awards, which awards designers who create a solution to a global problem, has nominated Veurich Bros. for their ingenious sense of recycling. On the line is €100,000 and the prestige of the award itself.
