Eyewear brand Garrett Leight California Optical has teamed up with Malibu-based surf brand, Brother’s Marshall, to reimagine GLCO’s Machado sunglasses in a fresh colorway.
Inspired by iconic surfers from the 80’s, the Californian duo designed these rad unisex frames with a matted tortoise body, gold-mirrored lenses and a slight cat eye.
“Collaborating with Brother’s Marshall was a natural fit for us,” says Garrett Leight, CEO and Creative Director of Garrett Leight California Optical. “We are both influenced by LA’s surfing culture, and wanted to create a cool colorway that reflects that carefree lifestyle.”
